Warranty
Nitan Chai warranties apply to machines purchased within Greater Toronto Area (GTA) , ON and Surrey, BC only.
This limited warranty covers 6 months of manufacturing warranty on all the machine models purchased through hello@nitan.ca or through WhatsApp +1 (514) 999-7212.
This warranty covers all defects in materials parts inside the machine not the external body.*
A warranty after service of 6 months will apply only to parts replaced during repair.
We can provide after sales services across other province in Canada via video calls and an online machine parts shop exclusive to Nitan’s Chai machines models.
We ship via FedEx across Canada. Express delivery services are available.
The machine parts and transportation cost from our location 10 Thornmount Dr, Toronto, M1B 3J4 be charged in addition to fixed service cost for after warranty services, parts and labor.
An additional charge of 15% will be added for parts opened by unauthorized persons.
Warranty on machines does not cover problems arising from accidental damage, negligence, power surge, water or fire, improper ventilation, pest, misuse or any cause that is beyond the control of our service team and company.
